For perspective, if the others rated a 10 on the spiritual scale, this one came in at a 12.And that is what I especially enjoyed about the Legacy Journey. It was clear, concise, and laid out practical plans for how we should handle our money according to Scripture.I found it to be an impressive work, an eye opener, and one that makes a ton of sense. Simply put, Dave is the man and he has a gift. Imagine if we all became incredible stewards: How would the world change?
We had lost momentum and focus during baby step 6. The Legacy Journey is getting us back on track and reminding us of the purpose of our work and our lives! Leaving a legacy of generosity is such a challenge in todays culture, where no one wants to think about death or plan for their loved one's futures. We have committed ourselves to this task. This book is wisdom for that journey.
Dave writes about something that needed to be written about. Very good book with different perspective. I was bought up to manage my money this way. Its great to see someone like Dave Ramsey write about it. If you like this book, may I recommend another - " God's Plans for your Finances" By Dwight Nichols.
This book has fantastic advice. It is not really about money but more about wealth and wealth building. The perspectives in the book deviate from traditional belief and societal norms. I loved the priorities for wealth building. Be warned that the content in the book is taken from a Biblical standpoint. Inspire of this, I found the information to be useful.
Great read for Dave Ramsey enthusiasts who are wondering what comes after baby step 7. I highly recommend this book for anyone who has completed the journey through all seven baby steps.

I am a big Dave Ramsey Fan. I love that with this book he is going biblical context and content. It sounds like he definitely has some haters out that. We are doing the Baby Steps, and love Total Money Makeover. I just feel like this book is a little long and dry at parts, but that he is pouring out his heart in it. Someone looking for a starter Dave Ramsey should avoid this book and stick to total money makeover. If on baby step 3 plus, a good read, but dry at parts.
